Expectation

The green braches complained about the autumn sounds early

朗月高懸，風(fēng)入松林驚鶴夢
烏云密布，雨摧柳岸斷鶯魂
炊煙彌漫，清明雨灑行人眼

Rain destroyed willow bank and broke orioles’ souls
dark clouds densely covered
Wind entered into the pine forest and scared cranes’ dreams
bright moon hanged high

the cooking smoke pervaded
in Qingming Festival rain shed pedestrians’ eyes
Shadows of butterflies were dense
in White Dew wind comforted visitors’ minds
